Returns Tips
We will make everything possible to make things go right the first time. However, if thing go less than perfect, there are a few tips to get your replacement faster.

In case of

• Transportation damages, broken item, etc
• Defective Items
• Item does not match the product description. If the item you received deviates grossly form the description of the item
• Never Received

Briefly send us an email telling us why you are requesting an exchange or refund and document the item condition, preferably with a picture or short video.
